Central and yet in the green

  • The bright apartment is located in the basement of a pretty old family home on the outskirts of Ludwigsburg between the city center and the teacher training college. It has a south-facing terrace, a living room and a bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and a kitchenette, as well as cable TV and WiFi. The double bed is 140 cm wide. There is a sofa bed in the living room, which offers two additional beds if required.
    The way from the parking space on the property to the house is about 40 meters long and not suitable for the disabled. There is always a shady or sunny spot in the huge garden.
    The nearest bus stop is 150 and the S-Bahn is about 600 meters away.
    The castles of Ludwigsburg with their famous parks are within walking distance and the baroque Christmas market is also not far away. Jogging or walking in the nearby Favoritepark, canoe tours on the Neckar and with the S-Bahn in 20 minutes in Stuttgart city center - there is a lot to discover.
