Loft-style holiday apartment in Nürtingen with balcony and close to the Neckar

Are you looking for a holiday between orchards and the Neckar? Working or shopping at the trade fair, airport, in Tübingen, Reutlingen or Metzingen? Then you are in the right place.



The loft-style holiday apartment is quietly located in a residential area. Within walking distance you will find the Neckar, orchards, the Neckar Valley cycle path, bakeries, cafés, a butcher, supermarket, banks, a Swabian restaurant, a beer garden and Italian restaurants. Nürtingen city centre can be reached on foot or by bus. The airport and exhibition grounds are about 19 km away, and the A8, B313 and B297 are nearby.



The apartment is about 90 sqm and offers a very spacious loft room with a ceiling height of about 3 metres. There are several sleeping options: a box spring double bed (can also be used as two single beds), two additional single beds, and a sofa bed for two people. On request, additional guests can be accommodated for a fee; extra mattresses or air mattresses are available. A fully equipped kitchenette is available for extended meals. Organic coffee, tea, bed linen, towels, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, Wi-Fi, shampoo, shower gel, soap and detergent are included. An electric tumble dryer can also be used free of charge on request.



On the terrace you will find a cosy seating area and a large, sunny balcony. A parking space is available in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in the locked yard. Bicycle and child trailer rental, use of the garden, and small pets are possible on request.



Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony for fire safety reasons; a comfortable smoking area is provided. Parties are not allowed or must be requested in advance. For long-term stays, please contact me.
