Excellent stay
We stayed at an Executive Suite for a week and was very happy with it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything worked, including the AC. It is near a beautiful park and literally one minute away from a U-bahn train station that takes one to the town center in 10 minutes. We would like to express our gratitude to the efficient and incredibly helpful staff members who all speak perfect English. Special thanks go to the manager Prosic and the lovely Elvisa at front desk. You really made the stay perfect. We would gladly recommend this nice place to all visitors.

The "lobby" is located in the coffee shop downstairs, so you are at the mercy of the coffee shop being open. Which, the times fluctuate and certainly do not open at 8 am or close at 8 pm. We arrived at 3:45ish and the person in the coffee shop was just getting ready to place our key in the late check-in box since the coffee shop was closing soon. There is no front desk, dining venue, or tour & ticket information. The room was nicely soundproofed. It was clean and quite spacious. Everything seemed to work well. It was a great location to walk to the park and stroll through there.

Great aparthotel with attention to small details. Very clean and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor slippers was a nice touch.

Amazing! Highlight of our trip with very young children. It was very clean and thoughtful. The staff was very fire dog and helpful. It wasn’t quite in the tourist area, but it was fairly quiet and across the street from a grocery. I highly recommend.

Location of hotel is great for access to light rail system. We were able to ride it to the Stuttgart Octoberfest Related restaurant was great for breakfast. Staff was very helpful with directions to sightseeing attractions and things to do.

Great hotel located above a cafe. Check in at the front desk of the cafe. The hotel is modern w/ a kitchen. Plenty of grocery stores around if you choose to cook. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Train station is a few steps away from the hotel and just a few stops/10 min ride to the main station. The tv even has netflix so you are able to log into your account if you have one. The wifi was ok, not the best but definitely gets the job done. I well definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean apartment. The hotel is located in a nice area. There is also a train stop close by. Any questions I had pending the hotel staff was very helpful.

Nice modern apartment, but a little outside city.
Very nice new apartment, but a little outside the city center. Checkin was easy, but had to do it in a cafe in the same building before they close at 8pm. They do offer a lock box though for after hours access. Apartment was roomy, so would consider staying here again if traveling with friends or family.

I was not expecting much, but I was really pleased for this small aparthotel. The people at the lobby / caffe (they share the same entrance and reception area) are nice and friendly. The rooms are HUGE and in impecable condition. They even put you a bottle of water for you. Its relatively central (4 stops) from Stuttgart's downtown. I really recommend it immensely.

離出站近，對面有超市，附近也有麵包店。 房間寬敞舒適，飯店室外付費停車場不遠，停車格相對大。飯店樓下的咖啡店，蛋糕好吃，一定要試試~

Tudo perfeito. Única coisa que os futuros hóspedes devem saber é que no Apart Hotel não tem elevador. Assim, quem ficar no último andar terá que encarar 3 andares de escada. Fora isto, tudo perfeito.

Neue Perle in Stuttgart
Das Hotel ist gerade vor wenigen Monaten eröffnet worden und ist toll geworden. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, eigentlich Suiten, modern eingerichtet und sehr neu ;-) Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen, 50 Meter entfernt hält die U-Bahn und bringt einen in 5 Minuten auf die Königstraße. Der Weg in den Stadtpark ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erledigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Rezeption schon um 20 Uhr schließt, was am integrierten Ladenkonzept liegt. Man muss also vorher einchecken, sonst hat man ein Problem. Das könnte man leicht übersehen bei der Buchung.
