You can’t beat the views in this beautiful 3 bed/2 bath Retreat. Relax in the hot tub or chill on the porch while you grill out. With the ease of access to this house all you will be saying is; “why didn’t I come sooner?”. 10 minutes to Deadwood and 5 minutes from Sturgis on well maintained paved roads which are hard to come by in the Black Hills, outside of the towns. Wonderful host! The house and its location are perfect. We sat and watched wildlife out on the golf course everyday, some came right upnto the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, Great Stay!

Place was super clean, well stocked with everything you need for a vacation and great parking for the Mustangs during the Sturgis Mustang Rally. The drive to Sturgis and Deadwood are about the same in time. Loved being in the middle of the area, but have it quiet and comfortable. Ill be coming back next year!

Peaceful and scenic

The evenings here were so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the deer come out of the hills surrounding us and making their way to the brook/pond below. Since this is a newer development, there is construction going on during the day. But, even that was quiet.

The property was beautiful and the views were immaculate. However, the amount of "rules" we had to follow "or else we would be fined" made it really hard to enjoy our time at the home. We were constantly worried we would do something wrong.

Relaxing getaway weekend

This house and property are beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our time here! Lots of rules to follow and wasn't keen on the camera inside the house facing the entry door but I also understand why it's there. Outside of the vacuum being dumped in the clean garbage can in the kitchen and sheets left on the couch, everything was very clean! After the checkout checklist, I'm not sure there is much left for the cleaners to do for the fee charged. Communication with the host was excellent.
