Great place to stay for multi age group
Kids loved the upstairs and little nooks and cubbies
We loved being on the water and great location to do Door County
Super clean and homey!
Great little getaway weekend to check out door county in the fall. Beautiful area right on the water. Perfect to recharge the batteries. Aframe house was great for a chill weekend, definitely recommend!
We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ability to explore Door County from this residence. The neighborhood was quiet despite being close to the shipyard. It would be an ideal location for someone who intends to launch and dock a boat.
Got to enjoy a wonderful stay here with a full group of 8 people. The bedrooms are a bit small, but if you're spending much time there anyway then you're not making good use of the house. Living area is great with a good kitchen. Exterior porch is gorgeous and wonderful to relax at after a long day at the beach or exploring the county.
Very cute little home on a canal. Clean and easy and loved our stay. The instructions sent for me as a guest were pretty long (12 screenfuls of text I had to share with other travelers) and felt too focused on all the mistakes I could make and fees that’d go with to be real welcoming, but not a big deal. We were just looking for a nice place to all relax and sleep and this was it!
I stayed here with a few extended family members while visiting family in the area and taking a day trip around the peninsula. We all loved the place! Easy booking and check-in. Bedrooms upstairs with 1/2 bath and full bath downstairs. We grilled out, made a fire and s’mores in the portable fire pit, and had coffee and enjoyed the peaceful canal in the AM with sounds of seagulls and boats. The bedrooms are cozy and decor homey and shower awesome. BYO hairdryer but otherwise had all we needed. Sweet family memories made here.
Perfect for our girls trip. With 4 bedrooms each of us got our own room. Enjoyed the farmers market on Saturday and close enough for us to make trips to the other towns for shopping and restaurants.
This was a great place to stay on our weekend getaway. We have everything we needed at the cabin. Everyone in our family enjoyed the place. It was very quiet, great for relaxing.
We stayed in this little gem for a girls week. The cottage was perfect for what we were looking for. The kitchen was stocked for cooking. Loved the separate wine refrigerator. Siitting on the dock and having a fire pit was the perfect evening relaxation. Lots to do in the tourist towns. Cherry picking was amazing.
Such a wonderful stay. The house is just too cute and has lots of great space. Definitely take advantage of the great patio area outside! We liked being tucked away in Sturgeon Bay. The drive up the coast on County Rd B and G was fantastic!!
The house was not clean. There was much dirt, dust, and cobwebs around. It looked like the house had not be visited in months. There was no hand soap, bottles were broken or empty. There was dried contacts on the floor left from previous visitors indicating the house had not been adequately cleaned.

This a-frame was just overpriced. It's okay place to stay if you're in a pinch but It's not nearly worth the money we were charged. Owners showed up an hour before our check in to clean. An hour to clean this place is not enough time. Not only did we bump into the owners but they were not particularly friendly. Seemed annoyed we arrived an hour early, which is common when you're driving in from far away. It's also common when you're paying out the nose. TVs were slow and a headache. Just simply overpriced and too far from the nicer parts of DC. When we bumped into a plumbing concern during our stay, it was time consuming to get a hold of the owner. All of that can be overlooked when you're getting a decent rate but if you want to charge high rates you better provide high quality service.
Located on a lagoon, just a few miles from downtown Stugeon Bay, a perfect location for our family vacation!
Our favorites were the indoor bar/kitchen/living space and the outdoor patio/fire pit/ water view space!
We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of northern Door County but still close enough to drive to all the areas we wanted to visit.
A special bonus was just enjoying Sturgeon Bay. It really is a beautiful area with an enjoyable hometown feel.
Did I mention there’s a beach just down the road from the property!? Another bonus!!
