Summer family time

We really loved our stay at this property. It’s exactly what we were looking for. Property looks even better in person. It was super clean and cozy. My kids and I loved the house and the lake access (private beach). They want to go back every year:). It was a little chilly for July but that did not stop my kids from swimming in the lake. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful views of Lake Michigan with a fantastic Sandy beach! House was great, clean and comfortable beds, everything needed for cooking meals. Will definitely stay again!

Million Dollar Views

Our third time staying at this property and it each time is better than the last! Cabin is right on the water and the owners keep it well stocked! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great location, easy to get to, and very accessible to all Door County has to offer.

Another incredible weekend

Our second time staying at this property and still incredible! From the well stocked kitchen to the magnificent view of Lake Michigan this property doesn't disappoint! Highly recommend staying here...if 6 was an option we'd choose it!!

A gem

Beautiful and convenient location. Super clean and well supplied. This was our third stay here and we hope to return. I should add that we go off season so all is quiet and we love it.

Excellent Stay

Listing was accurate, property was clean, beds were nice and firm, towels smelled fresh and clean. And the location is perfect! We typically never go to the same place twice, but I could come back here. Definitely recommend this home right on Lake Michigan. Everything is supplied!!

Perfect Girls Weekend

The property is very well maintained and clean. Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time away from home. The property owner is one of the MOST responsive and attentive owners I have ever dealt with. A stunning sunrise on the beach? All you need is a cup of coffee, and to look out the window. The beach is feet away from the back door! This property is perfect!!

One of the best rentals we’ve ever had!

Beautiful Beach House

This beautiful beach house is right on the water! It was a treat to listen to the waves the entire stay and to watch the sunrise (or moonrise!)! The house was impeccably clean and spacious. They provided everything one might need for a comfortable and complete stay. The views were stunning from every room. The owners were gracious and gave clear directions on how to get there and use the beach house as well. We hope to stay again and very highly recommend it!

First days of Fall in beautiful Door County!

My Mom, two older siblings and I had a wonderful stay. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Our host was very responsive for the request we had and took care of it immediately. The location was perfect for exploring Door County and close enough to Green Bay to make our departure to Green Bay airport very easy. We only regret not having more days to spend there. I highly recommend this VRBO slice of paradise.

Amazing!

The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location perfect and easy to get to, but most of all…the view was beyond all of my expectations! The lake is right there…sitting and listening to the waves is so therapeutic! It was also fairly close to the couple of hikes I wanted to do, and being winter, it was easy to get around! Any inquiries I had were answered very quickly! I only wish it had been a little colder with some snow, but I am weird like that and unfortunately none of us can control the weather. :-) I’m already talking to my sister about a fall trip back! Thanks for everything!

Could not have imagined a better location & property

We were all immediately super impressed! Super quiet location ... thank you for arranging the deer on the driveway to greet us! Plenty of room and having 2 full bathrooms was amazing! Great selection of books, games ... and horse shoes! Outdoor fire pit was a bonus ... AND you even provided fire wood! We used the kayaks and some of the outdoor games too. BBQ was scrupulously clean. Kitchen incredibly well stocked. Check-in and Check-out super easy. If I could give this property 10 stars ... I would!

Fabulous Door County Beach House

This house was perfect for our family long weekend getaway. Amazing location right on the beach in the quiet Lily Bay lakefront community where the homes are nestled in the shaded forest, opening to a gentle dune with beach grasses, crossing to a wide beach and the stunning expanse of Lake Michigan. The lake was crystal clear and full of sea bird life to watch. We even had 2 resident eagles soaring overhead and perching in the tallest pines. The kids had a ball playing in the sand, beach combing and exploring the shoreline. The home is probably the best appointed VRBO we've stayed in. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you'd need, just bring your food! There is a great selection of quality pots and pans, dishes, bowls, glassware, knives and silverware. There's a nice Weber grill, Kuerig dual (pot or pods), Ninja toaster oven, a griddle and even a Kitchenaid stand mixer if you need one! The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of fluffy towels. There's a great selection of sand toys, games, coloring books, Legos, linking logs, etc. for the kids, and a stocked shelf of books and cards for adults. So many nice amenities and that beautiful sunrise view is incredible! The host left us all the makings for s'mores for evenings around the fire pit, and a local bottle of wine which was very much appreciated and enjoyed. Communication was excellent with our host Tammy, and the attention to detail for her guests comfort was impressive. We will definitely be back!

Annual Family Trip to Door County

We gather together for the annual Door County Century bike ride and to take in casual time with family with a premium on relaxing when we're not riding. This was the perfect location- close to the race starting point in Sturgeon Bay, but the remote, waterfront location gave us opportunity to just unwind and spend time together in a beautiful, natural setting. We really enjoyed listening to the waves crashing, stargazing under a beautiful night sky and time out on the deck-there's comfy seating for everyone. The owner was responsive and very prompt. She told us we would only need to bring food and clothes because everything else is provided. Everything we needed was there waiting for us and then some! Stocked kitchen, beach towels and toys, horseshoes, kayaks, firewood, and everything for s'mores and so much more. One thing I would suggest is to bring dog treats for the little neighbor dog, Rocky, who would come by on his way to the beach. We were all so taken by him! We have a rule of exploring and staying somewhere new each year but a return to this spot will be hard to resist!!!
