The living area is thoughtfully decorated with comfortable seating, creating a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring. You can curl up on the plush couches, watch your favorite movies on one of the FOUR large flat-screen TV, or simply enjoy the company of your loved ones in our own private backyard!

The fully equipped kitchen is a haven for any culinary enthusiast. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find all the appliances and utensils you need. The dining area, conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, offers a lovely space for everyone to gather and enjoy delicious meals together.

The Oasis has plenty of indoor fun! Game on in our arcade area with arcade machines, air hockey, dart board and so much more! We have our own theater room in the lower level with a bar, pub seating, a flat screen TV, wine/beverage fridge and comfortable seating. The kids play area is also in the lower level, where we provide kids toys and books for all ages, as well as a queen sleeper sofa!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
*Sleeps 8 guests*
Bedroom 1: King bed with ROKU TV

Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed
*Lower level kids room also has a queen pull out sofa*

BATHROOMS:
Bathroom 1: Half bath on main level
Bathroom 2: Full bath with shower/tub combo

LAUNDRY:
- Onsite full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide some laundry detergent.

KITCHEN:
- Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, baby utensils, cups, high chair, toaster, microwave, crockpot, baking sheets, and more! You'll find everything necessary to create fabulous meals at the home.

COFFEE BAR:
- Well-stocked coffee bar with regular and Keurig machines, coffee grounds, pods, sugars, creamers, and teas!

LIVING ROOM:
- Relax on the comfortable sectional seating in the main living space, den, and theater room!

GAME ROOM:
- Tons of arcade machines, flat screen TV, air hockey, and dance dance revolution plus MORE!

OUTDOOR AREAS:
- Enjoy complete privacy in the fenced in yard with a brand new 6 person hot tub, sandy area, patio furniture, propane grill, and firepit! We do not provide propane or firewood.

INTERNET:
- We offer WiFi internet; however, please note that due to our location, the connection can be intermittent. High speeds are not guaranteed.

KID/INFANT AMENITIES:
- We are thrilled to pack 'n plays, a high chair, booster seat, kids/baby cups, bowls, plates, utensils, baby monitors, noise machine, and more!

DOG AMENITIES:
- We offer dog crates, dog beds, leashes, stakes, toys, bowls, and more for your furry friends. Please note that there is a $50/day per dog fee.

FIRE PIT:
- A fire pit is provided for your enjoyment. We do not supply firewood, but you can easily find firewood for purchase nearby or arrange for delivery.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

1. PET POLICY: Dogs are allowed with prior approval and at a daily rate of $50 per dog - fee added after you book.

2. A security deposit of $500 is required. You will receive an email after booking to provide your information. This deposit is a "hold" and no funds will be deducted from your account. The hold will be placed one day prior to your arrival and released after your stay, provided there are no damages to the property and all house rules are followed.

3. No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

4. While the WiFi connection is generally fast and reliable, please note that occasional spottiness may occur due to our rural location.

5. Unauthorized guests or exceeding the occupancy limits are strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be made.

6. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of this advertisement, but errors may occur. We strive to keep all information current and accurate. If any issues arise beyond the homeowner's control, they will be addressed to the best of their ability, but the homeowner cannot be held liable.

7. Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

"The Oasis" in Door County is managed by Little Adventure Vacation Rentals LLC and takes no liability for damage caused by you or your guests. Or local, state, or federal violations caused by your party. The Oasis is registered with the Door County Tourism Zone.
