The hosts/hotel staff were incredible. I had family arrive early while my flight was delayed, but the staff did everything to accommodate them, letting them check-in earlier and supported them even though my family doesn't speak a word of English. I was seriously impressed with the great service. Thank you so much!

Pros: Convenient location, large room with full kitchen (included basic cooking tools, well maintained), comfortable bed. Coin laundry available in hotel. Friendly staff, pretty good café in hotel lobby.
Cons: very poor sound proofing (could clearly hear street level traffic and sirens on the 27th floor. I live near a trauma hospital at home and thought the sirens would be manageable but somehow the sirens were much much worse than I expected).
Had to run the shower for >15 minutes before the water got hot. I did not like the included toiletries. Half the elevators were broken, so there were long wait times. The elevators themselves only held 6-7 people at most.
