Above Stumm, in the district of Gattererberg 4 km from the centre of Stumm, 5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 5 km from the lake, 4.7 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property, meadow. Barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: sauna, infrared sauna (all extra), storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Stumm Märzenklamm" 3.3 km, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 4.7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 10 km, bathing lake 5 km. Ferienhof Sonnseitn im Sommer 2024

Wir waren im Sommer 2024 in der Wohnung Anni untergebracht. Eine von 4 Wohnungen im Haus. Es waren tolle 2 Wochen, trotz durchwachsenem Wetter. Tolle Vermieter, die immer zu einem kurzen Plausch zu haben sind. Sehr saubere Wohnung, die einen wahnsinnig tollen Blick über das Tal hat. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Adresse. Wir kommen garantiert mal wieder zu euch.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in schöner Umgebung. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass ein Bad und ein WC für eine Wohnung für bis zu 10 Personen zu wenig ist.
