In the district of Stummerberg 2.7 km from the centre of Stumm, 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, in a sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 4 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Supermarket 2.7 km, bus stop "Stummerberg Untergassen" 400 m, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake 6 km. Schönste fewo, die wir je hatten: gemütlich, modern, fantastischer Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Bergwelt und tolle Ausstattung. Sympathische Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar waren. Am Berg und trotzdem zentral, alles schnell erreichbar, vor allem Stumm ist ein schöner Ort. Wenn nochmal Zillertal, dann nur hier :-)

Tolle Lage, super Aussicht und Ausstattung

Die Lage ist toll: Ruhig und etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto konnten wir alles schnell erreichen. Der Schnitt und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind prima. Das schönste ist der Balkon mit einer toller Aussicht.

Wir waren im Dezember 4 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und waren begeistert. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern sehr modern eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut und man hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Zillertal ist wunderschön und sehr familienfreundlich. Uns hat die Gegend und die Wohnung so gut gefallen, dass es nicht unser letzter Urlaub im Zillertal Bzw. bei dieser Familie sein wird.

Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles, was benötigt wird. Besonders die Küche ist geräumig und lädt zum Kochen und verweilen ein. Dass es kein Wohnzimmer gibt, hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Dies entnimmt man ja auch den Bildern.

Skiurlaub im Zillertal

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr schön mit Blick auf das Zillertal. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Im EG befindet sich ein Raum für Ski und Schuhe (mit Heizung). Das Appartement war für vier Personen geräumig (2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten) und die Küche war mit allen ausgestattet. Check-in und out verliefen schnell und unproblematisch. Bei viel Neuschnee sind wahrscheinlich Schneeketten zum Erreichen der Wohnung erforderlich! Sonst alles super, gerne wieder!

Reise als Familie mit kleinem Kind. Schöne Ferienwohnung mit reichlich Platz in einem Neubau aus 2018. In sofern war alles noch neu und unverbraucht. Moderne trift Tradition. Nette Vermieter. Grandioser Talblick. Alles in Allem würden wir jederzeit nochmal buchen. Danke.

Schöner Urlaub bei netten Leuten.

Nette Vermieter. Neue, sehr schöne, modern eingerichtet Wohnung am Berg mit toller Aussicht. Es gibt einen Brötchenservice und einen schönen Balkon der bei schönem Wetter grandiosen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge liefert. Fazit: uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Die Fewo ist absolut durchdacht, komplett stimmig und modern eingerichtet und sauber,wobei es an nichts mangelte.Ein wunderschöner Ausblick, die im Zillertal recht zentrale Lage und der Brötchenservice runden das Ganze ab sowie die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen :-)! Vielen Dank dafür!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ohne Beanstandungen. Sie war groß genug für 4 Personen, auch an Regentagen war der Aufenthalt angenehm. Appartement agencé moderne, belle vue. Très propre. Pour être top, il faudrait rajouter un miroir car un seul miroir dans la salle de bains ne suffit pas surtout si on a des demoiselles...Mettre un store / rideau occultant pour les chambres car pas de volets/ stores et le soleil vient tôt Le Matin en été...Propriétaire prévenant et très sympathique.

Traumhafter Blick

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die riesige Eckbank auf dem Balkon ist einfach nur toll. Von hier aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins Zillertal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
