"We got upgraded to the apartment which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was lovely and staff were also helpful. The main issue we had was the TV was not working. We were not told about that at check-in. We spent ages trying to get it to work then went to reception to complain. We were advised it wasn't the hotels fault and there would be no tv all weekend. Customer service should be improved when things like this occur, guests should be advised at check-in."

"Absolutely position A for Innsbruck. Right in the heart of the old town but very quiet and peaceful. Staff were all lovely and helpful and the rooms clean and modern. One minor issue was that the windows could do with heavier blackout material as our room facing the back let a lot of light in all night from the shopping centre at behind the hotel. They were a bit sparing with the in room drinks, we only had 1 coffee but overall this was a great stay and highly recommended."

Views from the upper floors (my room was on floor 10) was spectacular even though the railway lines were directly below. Excellent spa facilities on floor 12 and roof top bar. "Located in the heart of Seefeld and close to all trails, restaurants and train station, our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. We upgraded our room for the chalet experience and were very happy with the decor and vibe. It felt like having a mini appartment. Breakfast buffet had a very nice selection of items both savoury and sweet as well as the more healthy options. We dined a la carte and had a delicious meal and a fantastic waitress. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only surprise at the end was being charged for coffee pods, but I guess we should have read the list of consummable items better, we did not even glance at this since in most countries coffee is complementary. In no way this marred our experience, simply mentionning it for future guests to be aware. The spa is a great way to relax after mountain hiking all day and was appreciated to restore sore muscles. We loved our stay and would come back in the future if we ever visit the area again."
