"I booked this room for my niece and grand nephew and paid the full asking price upfront so they wouldn't have to pay anything at the property but when they arrived they were turned away because she didn't have $50 to leave as a deposit. Turned away with no other option but to drive the remaining 4 hours to my house exhausted and lucky not to be a statistic the response from the management of the hotel was that the $50 would have been refunded and there would be no refund for the room rental. So yes I give this operation 1 star and warn others to be ready for hidden cost."

The beds were cozy, and the AC worked perfectly—which was a huge plus in the summer heat. The hotel was quiet, and we all slept great. The location was super convenient, with easy access to restaurants and stores. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"This place was amazing, as always, especially after a trip filled with hotels with no customer service and high incidental fees. We walked in at 1:30 am, gave the clerk my name, started to pull out my ID, and he said, "I got it, here's your key". That was it. Less than a minute to check in, no high incidental fees, total kindness to a couple checking in late after a long drive. And the room was large, inviting, and comfortable with a pretty view of the pond. That was the perfect ending to our trip. Thank you!"
