  • Enjoy a spacious stay in central Struga, Macedonia’s City of Poetry. This recently renovated 90 m² apartment is approximately 200 metres from Lake Ohrid and offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen and three furnished balconies with park, street and mountain views. With free parking, 60/20 Mbps Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, it is ideal for families, friends, longer stays and remote work.

    The apartment accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, dedicated workspace and direct access to a terrace overlooking the green park.
    The spacious 20 m² second bedroom has two single beds with high-quality, 30 cm medium-firm mattresses, storage shelves and terrace access. Cotton-sateen bed linen, comfortable pillows and fresh towels are provided.
    The bright living room offers a large sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning and terrace access. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and utensils.
    The 9 m² bathroom has a glass shower cabin, washing machine, electric water heater, mirror and storage. Soap, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer are supplied.
    Three furnished balconies, each approximately 3–4 m², offer views of the park, neighbourhood and surrounding mountains.

    Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and all three balconies. Free parking is available, and guests may use the washing machine, kitchen appliances, Smart TV, air conditioning and dedicated workspace throughout their stay.
    The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, may not be accesible for peoplw with walking disabilities.
    Appartment is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies.
    Hot water is available at all times through an electric water heater.
    The Wi-Fi speed is approximately 60 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, making the apartment suitable for remote work and longer stays.
