The Creek House is a retro-rustic getaway with luxury lodge touches and plush amenities (including free wifi and Roku TV) – all in an ultra-private creekside setting. This peaceful, fully equipped house features design with a mountain cabin feel that takes you back to a simpler time. Plus, you’re close to all the MANY attractions the area has to offer. In fall and winter, enjoy the sounds of a warm, crackling fire and the creek rushing outside your window, and toast friends and family in style, comfort and serenity. In spring and summer, fish from your wooden bridge, have dinner on the back rock patio and sit in the cedar hot tub. It's creekside and under the stars! (We are now trying to keep the CEDAR HOT TUB operational ALL-YEAR ROUND -- although we cannot never 100% guarantee it's use. It's new but can be temperamental.)

Loved it here. Beautiful surroundings and everything was great in the cabin as well. Felt like we were back in time (with modern amenities of course) and enjoyed relaxing and living simple for our stay. Firepit, hot tub, stream, pond..Fishing, tubing and watching the wildlife. Amazing! Easy to communicate with property manager. Would love to return

The scenery and overall location was absolutely amazing! It was so peaceful and quiet the entire weekend there with good weather the whole time! The interior of the cabin was absolutely perfect with everything and was super clean!

A wonderful weekend away in this cabin retreat. The creek ran high due to recent rainfall but made for peaceful sounds from rushing waters. Clean and comfortable.

From the moment you open the door. The background music is playing, the towels are folded with care, every detail is thought of. If you are looking for a place to disconnect and relax, the Creek house is the perfect place to be.

I can not say enough about this property. It is just so serene with the creek right out your door, the wildlife and a lovely cabin that has everything you would ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment while there. The best.

Great getaway!

We spent the weekend at the creek house and it was a great experience. The nature around is very beautiful and it is a perfect place to relax and take it easy for a few days. The owner was easy to get a hold of and very helpful with any questions.

Relaxing Creek Side Cabin

So peaceful and quiet- we loved being at Big Al’s Creekside Cabin. The cabin is so cozy and welcoming. The short hike to the beautiful pond was an added bonus we didn’t know about ahead of time. And the beautiful bit of snow that fell was perfect! Would love to return sometime!

New Year stay

The CreekHouse was the perfect relaxing retreat between Christmas and New Year’s. The moss-covered trail felt magical, and the sound of the creek while soaking in the hot tub was an unforgettable winter experience. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and to bring in the new year. We can’t wait to return!

Always a wonderful stay! We felt like we were living in a classic christmas card. From the perfect covering of snow across the landscape to the vintage christmas lights hanging on the house. It was such a beautiful christmas vacation!! We even had a family of deer visit every evening. I can not recommend this house enough!!

We loved the cabin inside and out! Loved the views from each and every window and listening to the sounds of the creek behind the cabin! The hot tub was wonderful after hiking to relax.
