"From breakfast to the bar to the pool, everything was perfect. The housekeeping staff were amazing so respectful, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. My kids got to make s’mores in the back and we even had a small BBQ, which made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only downside was one girl bartender and two front desk guys who came off a bit rude maybe they were having a rough week but aside from that, everything else was wonderful."

"The breakfast had all the items that my wife and I wanted. Everything was spotless and there were more than enough tables and chairs fort a reelaxing meal. The parking is in back of and to the side of the entrance only a few steps to the front doors with plenty of parking spaces. The staff, from the front desk to the maintenence folks were all friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The hotel is located a few steps from the main street which makes everything you might want withing a few minutes away. All in all we would definitley stay here again. "

"The hotel is exactly as pictured, beautiful and I am very picky. The only concern, is that we thought the pool area had a hot tub, but it did not and that was fine. The pool area was so relaxing. "

"Spotlessly clean upon our arrival, the rooms already pre-heated for the cold day, and every amenity available we could wish for. That included firewood and starter kit for a nominal fee, plus rowboat with safety vests and oars included in the cabin price. The cabin was, in addition to being immaculately clean, very nicely appointed and cozy with the pine wood paneling. With the heat on the bathroom and living room, the pine paneling gave off a pleasant and comforting aroma. The view was spectacular, with the lake in the foreground and forest on the other shore. We watched an otter swimming in the morning, swans gliding past, and geese landing on the lake. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing setting. We will definitely stay here again in the future. 100% satisfied!"

"The casino was lively in the early evening and into the early morning hours. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and staff was courteous."

"The hotel room had bedbugs. My son got 4 bites in a line. The room was so cold, there was no heat. No blankets, only sheets. The lights stopped working and some of the outlets stopped working too. The fast food places are also horrible and so is the parking. The only nice thing about it was the water park, but I would never stay there again!"
