Rooms were clean, plenty of dishes, washing machine worked (no dryer, line dry); shower good quality though a little tight on space; dishwasher and fridge worked very well. We had a miscommunication about the need to "book" a breakfast spot when breakfast is an option, but they quickly accommodated us and we were grateful. Top Stromstad Hotel Reviews

Strömstad Spa & Resort, An Ascend Member

Strömstad Spa & Resort, An Ascend Member

8/10 Good
"A bit disappointing, considering it’s such an expensive and luxurious hotel. We had to pay extra to access the pools, and I don’t think that was well informed in advance. The staff is great and very professional, and the common areas are beautiful. However we were very disappointed when our room was in a completely different builing, it was old and run-down. The room looked nice, but there was a dried urine stain on the toilet seat, and the glasses were not clean."
