"Excellent location in the heart of the liveliest district in Athens! So many restaurants and cafes steps away. Only a couple minute walk to Plaka and the heart of everything m. We come to Athens every summer and this is where we will stay from now on. Parking is available for $25 a day right next door if you have a rental car. The streets are very narrow in this part of town and it might be a little difficult to find. Be patient! Give yourself a few minutes…it is worth it. Rooms are WONDERFUL."

"The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again"

"Tuve problemas con la asignación de la habitación en las fotos que tiene expedia de la habitación executive room no correspondió a la habitación qué me asignaron, al corroborar con el hotel y mostrar las fotos en la aplicación de expedia. Las fotos según el hotel eran de una mayor categoría y que expedia tenía fotos incorrectas de la habitación. En el recibo de expedia me daba acceso a 1 regalo (botella de vino) y a una bebida de bienvenida por parte del hotel por ser miembro vip silver,..."

"This is not a 5-star hotel. Maybe 3.5 in a good day. Rooms are tiny. Gimmicky form to request turndown service and daily housekeeping. No flushing of anything down the toilet. Tons of street noise due to construction. Inability of staff to secure taxi cabs at night for dinner outing. Etc."
