The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

Cons: The blanket provided was itchy and small. The shower needed to be deep cleaned. There was a weird stale smell in the room each time I returned because the key card has to be inserted into a slot by the door to activate the electricity in the room.
Pros: A fan was provided which helped with the staleness and the room and bed were larger than expected. The location of the hotel is next to a gentlemen’s club and if I were alone I would not feel safe walking around after dark. The location was close to the main train station, and walking distance to many main sightseeing points.

Extremely spacious for 3 people traveling but the wifi was AWFUL!! Absolutely awful! Housekeeping was wonderful! The breakfast was fantastic with tons of options even cooked eggs and sausages! I would stay again, but we struggled with wifi our entire stay.
