Wspaniała obsługa w zapyziałym hoteliku
Obsługa hotelu wyjątkowo uprzejma i przyjazna, chętnie komunikuje się w języku polsko-czeskim (co nie jest wcale oczywiste w Czechach); obiadokolacja w lokalnym stylu smaczna i obfita. Niestety, stan pokojów i korytarzy pozostawia wiele do życzenia – w rogach pomieszczeń, w szafach na korytarzach czy na półpiętrach pochowane są stosy materaców, butów narciarskich albo paczek z panelami podłogowymi. Infrastruktura i ogólne warunki hotelowe znacznie różniły się od obietnic w ofercie – ładny, wyremontowany z zewnątrz budynek kryje zapyziały hotelik rodem z poprzedniej epoki... Duży plus za miłą obsługę i przepiękne widoki. Turystycznie w trybie niskobudżetowym – tak, z rodziną po bezstresowy komfort i miłe doświadczenia – nigdy.
Bola to okružná cesta Českom, takže ubytovanie len na jednu noc. Ale veĺmi príjemná obsluha. Hotel je síce zameraný na zimnú sezónu, ale aj v lete sa tu dá chodiť na túry. Je to lacný hotel, aj pre menej solventných ĺudí, ktorí chcú tiež niekam chodiť.
Leider ist dieses Hotel eine abgewöhnte Jugendherberge mit zahlreichen Mängeln. Dennoch sollte diese Kritik nicht negativ aufgefasst werden, sondern sie sollte Grund zum Anlass geben, eine wesentliche Verbesserung der Zustände herbeizuführen.
So, wie ich das sehe, ist diese Unterkunft komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal indessen verdient einen Pluspunkt, trotz Sprachbarriere.
Was die Ruhe angeht, diese wurde trotz einer Reisegruppe welche aus ca 20 14-18 Jährigen bestand, nicht gestört , Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit waren für die Pubertierenden zudem keine Fremdwörter(das fand ich erstaunlich).Insofern eine interessante Erfahrung, welche obige Kritik relativieren lässt, da man in einem normalen Hotel keine Jugendgruppen antreffen wird.
Halbpension und Frühstück kann man vor Ort buchen. Zum Abendessen gab es eine Suppe , ein Hauptgericht und einen Nachtisch. Alles ist hausgemacht und man geht auch auf Sonderwünsche ein. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend und gut. Auch auf Müsli oder Quark müsste man nicht verzichten. Man sollte bei seinen Erwartungen allerdings auch den dafür bezahlten Preis im Auge behalten.
Fazit: wer nicht ganz so empfindlich ist und vorhat in einem Zelt zu übernachten, der sollte diese Unterkunft wählen. Alle anderen sollten abwägen, ob sie mit den geschilderten Mängeln leben können, trotz des geringen Übernachtungspreises.
