The cabin was clean and the host were very nice. It was in the perfect little spot right off the main road, but not in the busy area. Definitely would book again.
What a prefect little cabin! It was clean, well stocked, instructions for check out were clear and concise. Wish there were extra blankets for when the power goes out, but that's nothing to really complain about. Thanks for letting us stay!!
We used this cabin as part of a larger wedding weekend group. It is close to the hotel and the beautiful reservoir nearby. It is a peaceful area in the middle of a forest. The cabin was clean and the bed comfortable. If we are in the area again, we would stay here again.
Our family of 4 fit perfectly in the cabin. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host was great with communication. There was plenty of parking for our toys. Loved the location too.
We had a wonderful weekend. The perfect little place for my husband and I and our five year old son. We played in the snow and enjoyed a meal at Rylies down the road. The place was clean and warm. The hosts were great. Can’t wait to be back.
The perfect little getaway spot! Very convenient and nice looking. Easy to get to with parking right out front. We were able to walk down the street to go snow shoe. There’s even a little market around the corner if needed. Thanks!!
The host was helpful in getting the heater going while we experiences a fluke snowstorm in June.
The wi-if didn’t work which caused some issues because there is no cell reception in town.
The amenities matched the description.
We had the small cabin booked but they had issues so we were moved to the larger cabin at not additional cost. The cabin is gorgeous and clean. They had snacks out on the counter which was a nice touch. The only down fall was in the middle of the night we ran out of propane leading to no heat it got a bit cold and no way to cook breakfast. When informing the hosts so they knew to drain pipes and get propane delivered I was bummed with no response or apology. We would definitely stay again though.
We loved this cabin. It’s very rustic, no frills, but perfect for us. We were not looking to spend much time inside. It was a good base camp for exploring the gold rush history, cute town, and the lake.
This was a wonderful property. Cute cabins, very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. We had a Fantastic time and plan on coming back in the future.
The studio cabin was perfect for myself, my partner, and our dog. It felt fairly recently updated as far as the appliances and the bathroom. WiFi is available as is a TV. It was clean and comfortable, with a little private porch area with outdoor seating. The only downside was that there is no contactless check-in. You have to interact with the manager, who lives on-site in a neighboring cabin, for the key and any specific questions you have. The owner was very quick to respond to my question through the VRBO app, but the response was "Go ask the manager." The manager was very friendly, and he fixed the sink for us immediately when it started to leak, but he did not wear a mask and wasn't really covid aware. Also, a heads up that a large black dog lives with the manager and was often on his front porch on a leash. The dog was friendly to me, but barks at new people and dogs crossing his territory.
