Good price.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I have to say that the staff were very cheerful, helpful and approachable. They would answer questions, give directions with a smile and very patient. They were the best staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will stay there again next. I highly recommend this place. Also it is in a very good location.

Lovely room. But rest of the hotel such a let down As a solo traveller, really disappointed as no room service, just a small coffee shop/cafe/bar, breakfast whilst a good choice, just a glorified buffet, nothing freshly cooked . Good gym Poor substitute to equivalent Park Plaza, Hilton’s - these offered way better facilities and value for money

Our stay at the Cleveland went very smoothly. The staff were friendly and efficient, and very kindly contacted me after checkout to let me know I had left something behind. I wouldn't hesitate about staying there again. All in all a great experience

The Ampersand is our favorite place to stay in London. Perfect location, beautiful, and the most lovely, friendly staff! Also as an American who loves air conditioning, it worked great. Our room was surprisingly large also and very thoughtfully laid out. 10/10 recommend the Ampersand!
