"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Our room had carpet that was so torn it was a trip hazard and it smelled of bug spray and was filthy. We asked to be moved and our next room was a bit better in that the carpet wasn’t ripped up, but it was stained. The bathroom fan was filthy, the floor had a used toothpick and a dirty washcloth was shoved to the back under the sink. The coffeemaker didn’t work as well. "

There were a couple of cold bottles of water in the fridge and a basket of snacks. The unit is located in the historic part of town and has a dedicated parking space, a comfortable bed and helpful host."
