Was staying with others who wanted a cheaper stay otherwise, I wouldn't have booked here."

When I brought it to the manager’s attention he indicated that he would refund some of the room fee, but that was almost a week ago and hasn’t happened. I would not recommend the Circle Inn to anyone. "
