The girl at the check in counter was really nice. We got to our room and read starting to unpack and she came down and asked us if we mind switching rooms. Now i paid for a handicap accessible room, she then moved us upstairs to a room that was not handicap accessible. No compensation for a different room, in fact i got charged 2 times on 2 different cards. I would like this taken care of please.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was divine. We left there with a full stomach for a long drive ahead. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Beautiful, serene and relax venue to aide the perfect getaway. I Definitely recommend and all return again. Love the amenities and the location is a plus. This will be my go to whenever I'm in the area.

There should be a card or placard in the room explaining the function of the blackout curtains remote control. Having that would save on calls to the front desk to come explain how it works.

Great Holiday Inn. I travel a lot and I exclusively only stay at Holiday Inn. This one was very good with a very delicious breakfast, clean room, very friendly staff and very close to the site and sound theater . I will be coming back

Was disappointed with housekeeping staff. I called down for a blanket for pull out couch and had to go down to get it. Also got back to room at 3pm and room wasn’t cleaned. Had to ask for toilet paper and coffee cups. Never did clean room properly only changed garbage bins and toilet Have stayed at many holiday inn so I know this isn’t common practice. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
