The instructions ask you not to open the windows all the way, which is probably fine 90% of the time, but a little ridiculous during a heatwave. Kitchen and fridge were great. The laundry is just a washer, but there is a drying rack that we took advantage of."

"Listing was accurate to the apartment. The host was very responsive and sent detailed check in and check out instructions. I had trouble getting the heater to work and the host kindly came by the apartment to fix it for me (I just couldn’t find the on switch!). The loft area was indeed short height wise, but I converted the couch to a bed and was very comfortable. Would recommend!"

"Unsatisfactory room for my friend. Had to be persistent in getting another room. The room has marks and badly soiled carpet and blood stained towels in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the restaurant was poor and the drinks at the bar where badly presented. Overall would not rate it a 4star hotel."
