On arriving the flooring was quite slippy we all had to take our shoes off to stop from slipping bedrooms were basic only 1 pillow per person spiders and cob webs on all ceilings bins full to bursting resulting in we could not empty the rubbish from the house couldn't put kitchen blind down as the cord was completely off and sitting on window sill cooker hob was broken bedroom door keeper in lock missing couldn't close the door no information booklet available had to telephone owner to ask how to operate for hot water not a pleasant stay at all

Perfect spot in the town
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. I stayed with my elderly father and my two children aged 5 and 6 years.
It was so close to the towns of both stranolar and ballybofey and also only approx 20 minutes to letterkenny so was perfect location wise. House was clean and tidy and beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The house is located on the Main Street in stranolar which is a busy road with traffic, however, although we could hear the traffic at night, it didn’t bother us at all. It’s also right next to kees hotel which does a mean chowder! I would recommend a stay at this house and would stay again.
