Enjoy a relaxing vacation on the water with Houseboat Seeadler Stralsund, offering stunning sea views. The 50 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a box-spring bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional guest toilet—ideal for up to 6 guests. Every room includes a TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating and radiators, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A private bio-sauna is also available for your use.



The houseboat boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a gas grill. Located close to the beach, you will find attractions nearby such as the Störtebeker Festival, the Ralswiek sailing regatta on Wednesdays in Stralsund, the beach, and the zoo.

Phantastisch, wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros: Das liebevoll eingerichtete Hausboot, in super Lage. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!

Das Hausboot befindet sich fest im Jachthafen.

Pros: Es war keine anderen Leute am Hafen. Man konnte sein Auto vom Fester aus sogar sehen, so dicht am Hafen konnte man Parken. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, in den Bädern hatten wir auch genug platz. In der Küche war auch alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen braucht. Aber es gibt keinen Backofen, aber z. B. eine Mikrowelle, Herd (Induktion), Kaffeevollautomat, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler (haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die Sauna sah auch sehr komfortabel aus. (haben wir aber nicht benutzt). Es gab sogar einen Grill. Es gab genug Stühle um drinnen wie draußen zu 6. zu sitzen. Bei dem Wetter was wir hatten (Nieselregen, Wind und es war recht kühl Ende Oktober) konnten wir die Terrasse und draußen sitzen leider nicht nutzen. Es sah aber sehr einladend aus. Direkt am Hafen ist ein sehr guter Fuss-/Radweg über den wir in die Innenstadt von Stralsund laufen konnten. So brauchten wir so gut wie gar nicht unser Auto. Es war auch nicht weit, um noch Lebensmittel zu besorgen. Cons: Leider war der Übergang vom Steg auf das Hausboot sehr beschwerlich (eine sehr steile Schräge) was durch Ebbe und Flut (Wasser stand) leider wahrscheinlich nicht zu ändern ist. Auch wäre es vielleicht eine Überlegung, die Umrandung von der Brüstung auf der Terrasse zu entfernen (in den Wind reichen Monaten), da das wirklich sehr laut abends und Nachts war.

Pros: Stilvoll eingerichtetes Hausboot mit Allem, was man so braucht und Vielem mehr. Cons: Keine Kritik nötig.

Einrichtung sehr hochwertig und mit Sinn fürs praktische.

Pros: Boot lag an einer traumhaften Position und bei der Einrichtung hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht, was wann gebraucht werden könnte. Ohne Übertreibung für Alles volle Punktzahl! Werden die Seeadler wieder buchen. Cons: Dass wir das SUP zu spät gesehen haben und die Sauna auf Grund der Kürze des Urlaubes nicht nutzen konnten.

Tolle ruhige Lage

Pros: Verbesserungsvorschläge 1. alle Kissen und Decken wo anders als in den vorhandenen Schränken und Kommoden unterbringen . Ligenauflagen oben auch in die Aufbewahrung-Box legen , also eine zweite. Sonst kommt man ja da auch nicht an die Waschmaschine ect… Sauna die Stühle auch in die Box . Man hat keine Lust alles ewig auszuräumen, um etwas zu machen . Der elektrogrill ist nicht gut, könnte man anders lösen. Cons: Der Tisch müsste da stehen , wo die Couch steht, und die Couch wo die Essecke war , dann kann Mann dich besser bewegen. Für 4 Personen gedacht , für 6 ist es echt eng. Mal zu überlegen! Ansonsten schönes Hausboot.
