HafenCity 1 Apartment on the 4th floor, right on the Stralsund harbor

  • Located on the 4th floor, this new apartment—furnished in an industrial style—offers a stunning view of the famous “Gorch Fock,” the Ozeaneum, and the rustic warehouses of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
    Park right next door in the convenient car park at Fährwall 11, just 20 metres away. (Daily rate: €13 for 24 hours). There are no parking spaces available at the property.

    The stylish bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror, and is located right next to the bedroom. The bedroom features two dressers and a large clothes rack with enough space for two people’s luggage.
    Bedside tables, bedside lamps, and a large TV are provided in the bedroom alongside a comfortable double bed. The kitchen boasts excellent amenities. In addition to a Nespresso capsule machine, oven, dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, and refrigerator with freezer, other small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker are also available. Everything you need is provided for a great evening of cooking or a relaxed breakfast before a lovely day trip.

    The living room features a sleeper sofa that can be used to accommodate a third and fourth guest upon request. A spring mattress ensures a comfortable night’s sleep even when the sofa bed is set up in the living room. Books, free internet, a large flat-screen TV, a sofa blanket, and lovely decor ensure a pleasant stay. The beds are made upon arrival for the number of guests booked, and the appropriate number of towel sets are also provided. A basic supply of necessary kitchen utensils is also provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all rooms.

    Please note that the building does not have an lift.

    Pets are welcome in the holiday rental. This way, you can spend a completely relaxing holiday together with your four-legged companion and enjoy your time on Rügen together.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung in Stralsund sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach super – sehr zentral, direkt am Hafen und die Innenstadt ist ebenfalls schnell und bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eigentlich ist alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich in einem schönen maritimen Flair eingerichtet. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns auch die schönen Bilder von Stralsund, die in der Wohnung aufgehängt sind. Dadurch wirkt die Einrichtung sehr regional und liebevoll auf den Ort abgestimmt. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt, war vorhanden. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch das moderne Parkhaus direkt gegenüber der Ferienwohnung. Dort kann man problemlos auch länger zu einem günstigen Tarif parken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung wirklich zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Eine rundum schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage!
