"My wife and I traveled to VT to view the eclipse. Unfortunately the resort was having issues with the key system during our visit. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate everyone who needed access to their room and provide updates on the situation. Beyond the key issue, we really enjoyed the resort. Beautiful location, great accommodations and amenities, and terrific staff. We definitely want to return one day."
