"There was no staff when we arrived. There were instructions on the office door, which was left unlocked. I texted the phone number, but got automated responses. There’s no amenities to be used. You pretty much just shower and sleep. If you need ice or laundry services, you’ll have to do it at home."

"I had never stayed at a hostel before and this exceeded my expectations. The proximity of the hostel to town and natural attractions was ideal for maximizing our 2-night stay. We wished we hadn’t already made other arrangements or we would have tried to stay at the hostel longer. The staff and owner were very helpful and friendly. The entire place was clean and the other guests were friendly and following the communal rule set."

"We stayed 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well appointed the basement was. Everything you need is there. Stan and Jean were very welcoming and friendly. We also had use of the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Fin and Feather was amazing. Rachel, the owner, and her father, Mike, were incredible hosts. The b&b is very clean, and inviting. We sat at the fire pit and talked with Mike during happy hour and he made us feel like old friends. Rachel, the cat was all purrs and cuddles! Would recommend to anyone!"
