"Parking well lit at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but this is a no-frills room. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, tv, small fridge, but that is it. Nothing fancy, but checks the boxes for a close to campus decent place to stay. Room doors open out to parking lot and your car can be parked right outside your door. Nice coved walk outside your door to protect from rain. "

"Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Property could use a major renovation, but worked out well. Short walk to the Brown County Music Center. Air conditioner/heater functioned well enough, but was loud when the A/C compressor engaged. No bar or restaurant at the property, but there are lots of options nearby. The IGA (grocery) is across the parking lot and they had some hot food options for carry out. They also had a LOUD semi arrive EARLY Saturday morning. I suspect that the odd number rooms wouldn’t be as exposed to street noise."

"The room had a very strong odor like wet dog, the tub had soap scum residue around the top, mold on the shower curtain, tub did not drain. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming. There were very limited food options and the juice came out as clear water. "
