"We had discovered Home Hotels after our arrival in Sweden and found them to be an excellent value in terms of comfort, service and dining. The Bergmasteren kept up to the standard and we enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable, quiet and good food for breakfast, fika and dinner. The staff was excellent too and very interesting to talk to. Very highly recommended. "

Great amenities for its location (pool, gym, ping pong table and entertainment for kids), delicious dinner menu and abundant breakfast options with lots of choices for everyone and every need possible. "It is what you pay for. The hotel seems to be undergoing renovations which is of course good but there were alot of things everywhere in the corridors etc. My room (nr 2) was very worn down but also clean and tidy. So no issues for me as I was only sleeping there. Bed was very nice, felt new and the sheets and everything were clean and nice."

"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. Strangely today I received a message from them through Expedia; Dear guest! On arrival outside the reception's opening hours, we will put your key in the mailbox outside the...
