"Great location to Harbor Town, golf and beach club! Convenient to supermarkets, etc as well. Great view of the first fairway of Harbor Town golf club, but you do hear the course blowers and lawn mowers almost every morning starting between 6:30-7 am for maybe an hour. Other than that it is lovely."

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the house was filthy. The carpets had not been vacuumed, there was a layer of dust over everything, and the vents were caked in grime and dust. We used a wet rag to wipe off the kitchen table and it looked like mud. The walls are covered in handprints and other markings. The floors and doorways are uneven due to house settling or poor construction. The pool was not clean when we arrived. The trash was never picked up. The owners do not appear to care about this rental."

"Wow! Rarely do we leave a review but this vacation stay is worthy of one. First, very much appreciate the cleanliness, nice washer and dryer, extra towels, pool toys, beach chairs, kids plates etc. they literally have thought of everything! The view of the ocean is amazing! Literally taken back by the wildlife from endless amounts of dolphins, deer feeding every evening and birds it was a real treat. We utilized the heated pool and community grill on two occasions to grill out dinner! The pool was warm for our little kids and the two grills were like new. The ocean was awesome - very quiet during spring break and an easy walk from our room. Highly recommend renting bikes - we rented them for the week and rode to breakfast/coffee every morning. We got in around 6-10 miles per day on our bikes. The bike rental place is located across the street from the condo. It was the best 40th birthday for my husband, 4th birthday for our son and spring break trip! If your thinking about booking your trip just quit thinking and book today!"

"This house was perfect for our two families to stay! The house was very clean, the space was perfect, and the kitchen had everything you needed to make and serve homemade meals. The best part of the house was the pool! Our kids spent the morning until night swimming and hanging out around the pool! We loved the location of the home. It was on a quiet street, but so close to the beach! We biked to the beach daily. Great house and location!! "

"Beautiful sunset thru the pines in the evening.Studio itself very spacious. A light over the little dining table would be nice but not really necessary.It’s ideal for 2 people. We plan on returning."
