"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One thing that really stood out was that they offered complimentary bottled water, while many hotels charge high prices for it. This is a very good hotel for a reasonable price. The excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We wish the entire team continued success and prosperity. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked our trip through Expedia for a relative's wedding. Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from Expedia and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than Expedia. Went back and forth with the staff and Expedia support. Whole trip was ruined. Expedia came through in the long run and refunded our original price. Hotel staff barely spoke english and hardly answered the phones when Expedia would call to resolve the issue. Bathroom had mold on the floor by the tub. Hotel overall felt very dirty. Pool water looked like a pond. Will NEVER stay here again! Better off sleeping in your vehicle. To be clear this has NOTHING to do with Expedia and EVERYTHING to do with this hotel! Horrible Experience!"

"My husband is a hot shot driver and needed a place for the night. I am located in Houston was looking for him a place to stay in right off of 71. They did have limited truck parking but he was able to get in there. I got a better rate saved about $30 using Expedia. They quoted one night one a lot higher, but we did get the Expedia rate and he was very pleased. The place was clean. The bed was comfortable and it all worked out perfectly. The lady I spoke with over the phone. Her name was Anne at the front desk and she was very polite, helpful, and deserves a shout out. Thank you Belinda from Houston."

"My honest assessment of this hotel. I was not impressed. I will not stay there again. The bathroom tub had hair in it and a ring around it. When walking my dog there was poop everywhere. You had to be careful where you stepped. Breakfast was disappointing. The oatmeal was made up as a big batch and was like wallpaper paste. Thick and clumpy. The frosted flakes were stale. The scrambled eggs were too salty. The back entrance had concrete pads that were uneven. The day we checked out I tripped and fell. I went to the front desk and filed a report. They refunded my pet fee. Stated they couldn't do anything else at the time because I had pre paid for the room at hotels.com. The lady at the front desk was polite. Took my information and forwarded it to the department that takes care of these reports and stated I would hear from them in about 24 hours. I'm waiting. The final problem is we accidentally left a suit and white sweater in the closet. When we arrived at our next destination we realized it and called the hotel. We were put on hold multiple times and after multiple calls was told there was no one from housekeeping available to ask. Issued unresolved.. The suit was borrowed. So we really would like to get it back. We are going back to hotel today so we can check on this again in person. This stay was a total disaster. So disappointed."
