Tropical and local getaway
Great hotel with the most stunning nature outside. Very polite staff and good food on the menu in the restaurant. The rooms could need a bit of repairing and touch ups. Fx light bulbs were not working. The rooms were more or less clean, but the bedding had stains and I found hair in the shower in my room upon arrival. Despite smaller things I can highly recommend stone wood as both staff and sorroundings are fantastic.

It’s quiet and well maintained. However breakfast offer can be improved
Ambience was fantastic all the staff in the resort were polite and helpful i like the environment very much.
Adventerous sports team was very fun and motivating.
Overall its good trip to relax and its worth.
A suggestion breakfast not tasty
Unfriendly welcome, indifferent service. Huts very close together, little privacy. Noisy. Much better options, at better value locally, and so checked out early for an alternative hotel.

Disliked: Staff & service
The roads to the property are bad and the staff is not that friendly/helpful.
Access Road to the property isnt paved and It is inconvenient to get on or off while in a car. The rooms are at different levels requiring climbing of long stairs(no lift). This is extremely inconvenient for those with mobility issues.
We were there for 2 nights. The breakfast was good on one morning and extremely bad on another.
No beach towels provided and we were forbidden to take the pool towels to the beach

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Duvet cover looked worn out and yellow. When asked for additional bed a mattress was laid on the ground, we expected a folding bed like in other similar star hotels.
Food was amazing, staff courteous and the overall feeling was positive.
Resort is still stuck in Covid madness!! Fri night with a full house main restaraunt closed on account of spraying and guests asked to order room service. Swimmimg pool way to shallow 2.5ft to 3.5ft, can't swim properly. On site parking very muddy and access road terrible/dusty
Let me start with the booking process, we took the premium option and paid 1000 extra per night than the delux option, when we reached the hotel the reception told there is no difference between the deluxe and premium. Also there was no complimentary bfast in our booking which was not mentioned at the time of booking. The entrance to the hotel is horrible and difficult to take your car. The staff was too lazy to attend to your services and only when u remind them at-least 2 times they will attend you. The rooms are OK but we weren't given clean towels, toiletries and only after demanding we got it. The bath area is open so the water spills all over, all adventure activities are chargeable. Food is average. They got us sign a declaration that parking is at our risk and damage or theft is not their responsibility, our room wasn't cleaned on time. When we checked out they did not even bother to carry the luggage and offer to take it to the car. All in all its a pretty average hotel and also the location is not good, better to stay in some hotel which is close to beach where u can at-least have a good view of the sea and walk in the morning. Its not worth paying more than 2000 rs per night. Please avoid this place
Stay and food were great. Few things that can be improved,
1. lighting of stairs during night time, since the surrounding is with trees and bushes, it is dark and not sure if insects frogs or snakes lie on the stairs.
2. There are dirty stagnant water on the way to restaurant which has frogs. That is unhygienic and leaves breading place for mosquitos.
3. The road to enter resort (property of resort) does not have proper road and it is steep with gravels every where, I had to take rental scooter for roaming around and every time it was very risky to get to resort from road.
pleasent experience, went without any expectation but turns to be best resort of category

Rooms and service is fine.. Om beach or kudle beach are at least 3 km from resort. If you love your vehicle.. from main road to resort is heart breaking. Such a pathetic road with stones and slippery mud.
Might be our expectations were too high. We got to know about this hotel through one of our relatives where we have been told that they provide nature bird watch trip and other activities. However due to corona and/or other reasons the facilities were not provided. Further the edibles ordered used to take lots of time. In addition, the resort road from the main road to the parking, which is already not so good road, was in pathetic condition due to continuous rain (ramp down while parking and ramp up from the parking to the main road added to the woes).
