had a great two nights at the hotel! it just opened so everything is brand new and aesthetically it’s beautiful. the only thing that we didn’t love was the shower heads and water pressure it seemed strange to pick that as the one thing to cut costs on

Parking is an issue. I requested at booking for valet parking. I received an email saying they couldnt guarantee me a place. When i arrived I was told no spaces. While i checked in, cars left the valet parking and the valet accepted another car for parking. I knew this because they were taking pictures of the cars before they took them down. This the first time I travel without my husband and felt unsafe to park in commerce court but was forced to. When I picked up my car, security from Commerce Court were escorting out a yelling and screaming man. I felt that the valet upon check in were not understanding to my fear and for some reason didnt feel the need to accommodate me but did others. Im not sure as to whether i will stay here again.
