"EVERYTHING is FILTHY dog poop everywhere,drug addicts walking all around by your car . FALSE presentations ..That is a MOTEL it’s a big sign in that says motel when you walk in the lobby the room was DIRTY the ac didn’t work,the tv didn’t work the room smelled like mole it was babies hanging outside no shirt saggy pampers !the mirrors in the room was foggy and dirty ,I seen roaches the furniture was old and chipped up , they door had repair patches like it was a hole there. I seen HAIR all on the wall that didn’t belong to ME . The tub had a dirt ring the size of Texas !!!! I asked for a refund and they told me Expedia will give a full refund then when Expedia called them they didn’t pick up then when Expedia did get in contact they said they don’t want to refund me .i ended up paying extra just to go to a better much CLEANER hotel ! I felt if I stayed bed bugs was gonna get me ! This is NOT for families or kids this is for people who really HOMELESS!! I asked for a wheelchair room they put me on the second floor NO elevator. It was like the hotel from hell !!! Mind you it just look like run down apartment buildings "

"I used Hotels.com to book a room with two king size beds. When I checked in I was told it was a room with one bed only. I called hotel.com and the guy with the thick accent could not help me a tow bed room that I originally signed up for. It’s a good thing I only spent 2 nights. My son had to sleep on the floor. What’s frustrating is I went back and tried to verify where I paid for a room with 2 beds but it was nowhere to be found. I will never again use Hotels.com and I definitely don’t recommend them."

"Decent hotel, friendly staff, good location. Pool was pretty gross and no fridge in your room was disappointing. Lower quality than what I expected from a Hilton. But the cookies were a nice touch. "

"All of the staff were great and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a great, yummy setup. Beds were comfy and the shower was hot. It was great, would stay again! "
