"Excellent place to stay if visiting uni or Birmingham centre itself. My initial room had a minor issue but was sorted out and moved to another room to suit my needs within minutes. Couldn't fault the staff. Food is excellent I made use of the takeaway service so food brought to my room portions were huge. This was my second stay and will choose to stay here again when I need to."
