Welcome to 405 Retreat at Hall Harbor! Located just less than a block to the Reeds and downtown Stone Harbor. This 4th floor condo offers amazing views of downtown, the wetlands and back bays. Enjoy the pool, bayside lounge, docks elevator, and short walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The building is located on the Shelter Haven Basin on 96th Street. Our condo is best suited for groups of 4. There is a king size bed and 2 twins. There is also an elevator, washer and dryer, parking spot, WiFi and large smart TVs.

For summer guests, we provide 4 beach tags and 4 pool tags. For off season rentals, feel free to reach out about fun events happening during the best time to be at the shore (in our opinion:)

Guests are responsible for bringing sheets and linens. There are also services that provide this. If interested please let me know and I can take care of ordering for you. They will drop off and pick up the sheets and towels and the charge is $200.

Please reach out about off season discounted rates for extended stays or last minute requests. (Weekly and monthly discounts).
Wedding guests: next to the Reeds 2 min walk; 5 min drive to Windrift and Icona. Wildwoods Convention Guests: approx 15 min drive to convention center for events.

Weddong weekend

We had a wedding in Stone Harbor, 405 retreat was the perfect location, walking distance to The Reeds. The town was right there as well. Place was clean, roomy and comfortable. Would recommend. Oh and the beach is 3 blocks walking distance as well

great condo in a great location

We so enjoyed our stay at Amy's condo in Stone Harbor. The condo was clean and well equipped for our needs, and it was conveniently located. Our trip was all about bird watching and the condo was near several nice birding areas in/near Stone Harbor and not too far from an even larger number of hotspots in Cape May county. Amy was friendly and easy to communicate with.

The Best of Stone Harbor at 405!

This place is perfect! Great location on Main Street of shops/restaurants, free covered parking, top floor so no thunderfoots above- it’s awesome! Clean, cozy, comfy beds, nice bathroom, porch overlooks the street, nice table for 4 to eat/play games! I just can’t say enough good things! Be sure to bring your sheets/towels! You’re gonna have a great week and Amy’s the best host- great communication!

Close to town!

We enjoyed our stay. One of our group has COPD and we didn’t realize this was large multi-floor condo building. So the amount of walking that was involved from the parking garage and then on our floor was tough for her. The location is great and the condo was a nice size for a short stay. Clean and had what we needed.

Wonderful get away!

This property was so centrally located. You could walk to all shops and restaurants. I didn’t have to drive for the whole month stay. Amy was so helpful during my time at the condo. Super destination! I hope to return soon!

Amazing Harbor Hall Retreat

Harbor Hall, Stone Harbor is steps away from the beach, bay, and right in the middle of all the activity in Stone Harbor. The condo was a great 2 bedroom oasis and allowed us to relax and recharge. Very clean with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was also convenient. Recommend highly!!

Winter Weekend Getaway in Stone Harbor

We had a wonderful time in Stone Harbor. Early December seemed an unusual time to visit but we wanted a little escape from the chaos of the holidays. We were delighted to find that most of our favorite restaurants and shops were open for long weekends and the sun shine warmed our strolls. Our condo was warm when we arrived and perfectly decorated and cleaned. It was ideally situated for days in town or at the beach in the summer. The unit had all of the modern conveniences - laundry, tv's, wi fi etc - so we could relax or work comfortably. The owner was very nice and accommodating - checking in with us often and offering ideas for activities. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

The good, the bad & the downright filthy

First, let me start with the positive. The location of this property is 10/10. Central to everything. Very walkable and bikeable. The amenities of the building are amazing. The pool and hot tub are clean, having a free parking spot is super convenient in the busy season. The bay access is great and it has a great view. The host Amy was accommodating as we did have to move our vacation back from when we originally booked and she was willing to assist us to make that happen. Additionally, we arrived about 30 minutes prior to the check in time and she allowed us early access. That being said, the state of this condo was absolutely appalling. Toe nail clippings, black mold, hairy clogged drains, and food left under furniture. There is a remarkable about of deferred maintenance. There is zero inspection between renters, and it shows. The coffee pots have mold in them, there were whole pretzels crushed under the coffee table the cleaning people never bothered to move to vacuum. The air conditioning units are COVERED in black mold. The host did offer to have the cleaning people come back out, when they did they were there for less than 20 minutes and admitted it needs a real deep clean. I had to spend the first 2 days of my vacation cleaning in order to feel comfortable. Bottom line, I would stay in this building again, but absolutely not in this unit again.
