"The best place for a getaway with your family ! Room was clean and comfortable for all 6 of us . Adam at the front desk made the check in process super easy and fast . Waterpark was very nice and relaxing . I can’t wait to go back again "

"Clean, but in need of maintenance. We were also unaware that most of the cottages were two rooms connected to eachother so be mindful of that. Our hairdryer didnt work, bed was rickety, and the night table/shelves were put in the wall with one screw so dont put heavy water bottles on them. We were unable to spend a full night due to a family emergency and were unable to be refunded for the two nights we reserved so be aware you will not get your money back should anything happen."

"Everything about this property was wonderful except their contract with the government to house army personnel. I do not want to be bombarded by having to deal with army personnel and you know what that means when there is a large block of rooms booked... "

"The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. That was the only positive of our stay. The room smelled badly of marijuana reside/smoke. The furniture was chipped and dated. The bedspread was so old and had many thin spots in the fabric from wear and tear. One of the bedside lamps did not work. There were no hangers in the closet and we had to go to the front desk for another pillow because our KING size bed only had three pillows. The plug-in outlet near the sink did not work and the plate of the iron was sticky and ruined so it was unusable. The front desk didn't have any replacement irons. There was a bright light outside shining directly into our window and so our room was lit throughout the night because the curtains did not block out the light. On the night we stayed there, we were traveling through and there was a tournament in town so all the rooms and hotels were booked so we couldn't go anywhere else. I will never stay here again. I would recommend to not stay at this hotel. It is terrible and very dirty."

"The breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the pool. Room had some wear and tear (broken fan in the bathroom, rips in the carpet by the door) but everything seemed clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay there again. "
