Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London.

Wonderful boutique hotel tucked away in a trendy part of London but much quieter than nearby Shoreditch for those who want a bit of privacy. Decor is very much modern boutique hotel, comfortable in a kind of 'minor country house' way but may be a bit busy for some tastes. Rooms are beautifully appointed with very good facilities; the airconditioning in particular is very effective. The staff couldn't be more helpful, especially the bar staff. The only slight criticism is that the main bar - a comfortable area to chill, drink or work - is not airconditioned, so was too warm for comfort during my stay. Would recommend, especially if you can get a deal.
