This was the perfect place for my husband and I. The check in process was easy. There were a few snacks and a Keurig available for our use. I loved the decor and the cleanliness was on point. I would definitely recommend!

Great private mini guest room

This is a one bedroom plus bathroom unit with a private entrance- no shared space. A mini fridge and microwave plus coffee maker made it perfect for my needs. Very basic/minimal dishes and cutlery. It’s very quiet in a great location, adjacent to a beautiful walking trail.

Clean and private one-room stay

Everything was as advertised and as pictured. The separate entrance has a code entry lock that is very secure. Very cute and very clean. Bed was a bit hard for my taste, but others might prefer that. Nice touch with some snacks provided at no charge. I was in and out with only 1 night, and did not need to communicate with the host, so I cannot comment on their responsiveness, however everything I needed was provided and was easy. I heard no noise from the hosts or the rest of the house. Would definitely recommend.

Great little place to stay for a weekend in Mountain House. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy parking, bed was pretty comfy. He added cute touches of Christmas lights inside. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Nice, clean, tidy space. Bed and bath as pictured. Bed was comfortable. Entry has coffepot, microwave and a welcome basket with water and a couple snacks. Nice little fridge includes a freezer section which was great for refreezing our travel ice block from our cooler. Overall a good experience and we would stay again!

Accommodating Host, Lovely Rental and Neighborhood

All my husband and I needed was a nice, clean bedroom/bath with basic amenities (microwave, frig, coffee maker.) There were no surprises - rental was exactly as represented. Joe was very responsive to questions and welcoming. Beautiful community - great walking and felt very safe. Reasonable price. We would definitely rent here again.
