Wonderful visit!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this picture-perfect little cabin! It was exactly as pictured, though the beach is way more beautiful than the photos even convey! We had absolutely everything we needed and Terry was a wonderful host. We did run into issues finding restaurants that were open during the early week, but that was simply poor planning on our part. Pro tip: If you have small children and run into rainy weather, the AmericInn in Wabasha will let your kids swim in their pool for a small fee ($6). Was the perfect solution for getting a little energy out. We will absolute book this cabin again- the kids cannot wait to go back!

Lake Pepin Cottage

The cottage was comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was great and nicely stocked with all the essentials - even a dishwasher! The downstairs bedroom was very small with very little storage, but the bed was very comfortable. The loft bedroom seemed larger with lots more storage, but we chose to be closer to the bathroom. We also enjoyed the great view from the deck!! TV was great. We had a very peaceful and restful time and enjoyed shopping in the great shops there. My only real complaint would be the smell of the water. Really bad I'm sorry to say. I couldn't enjoy the nice walk-in shower. The drinking water was fine. I think that was filtered. Nice, nice place to stay when you're in the mood for just a little adventure.
