"We were initially super excited to come to this hotel after seeing pics and it’s high ratings but when we arrived we noticed immediately that we were a burden. The staff was not as friendly as the other hotels and even though we were the only ones there (slow tourist season) every time I asked for something I was made to feel like I was bothering them despite the fact that I speak and am Italian. "Quaint boutique hotel just minutes from the Greek ruins. Hotel lobby is beautiful as are the expansive grounds. Our room was very small, but that is our fault for not verifying the room size when we booked it. Wifi bandwidth was limited but we were able to stream/FaceTime with periodic disruption. (The hotel did also have some internet issues when we checked-in.) Very good restaurant on site - Michele the maitre’d/ sommelier was very friendly and gave us some wonderful recommendations for wine options. He proudly showed us his wine cellar and various wines that he stocks from the region. Really enjoyed our stay."
