About this property

Western 405 (new build)

  • Whether you're coming in to cheer on our Cowboys, visit family or attend one of the many events Stillwater has to offer, we'd love for you to come enjoy your stay with us. Centrally located in Cowboy Country, this new build is furnished with one king bed, one queen bed, & a pull-out queen sleeper. It's just a short drive from downtown, several eateries, & less than 2 miles from OSU campus.

    Coming in with a larger group? The property next door to the west is also one of our short-term rentals.

    Other things to note:
    The south end of the property backs up the the city recycling center. Guests have told us that the business opens early on Saturday mornings. Ear plugs are provided in case noise is an issue.

The property is very and all the personal touches are wonderful! Close to restaurants, shopping and not far from campus..This was our second time renting this property and looking to rent again in the future. The hists are fabulous too!

Great place for family pit stop

Our family stayed for a few nights while traveling and touring OSU. This property gave us a great space to relax and recharge. This little home away from home is way better than staying in a hotel. It comes with lots of little “extras” that show this property owner really cares about their guests experience. Highly recommend any property by this owner.

This was a perfect property to stay at. CLEAN!! Loved the layout. Property owners also provided a few toiletries and phone charges which I thought was a nice extra touch to the stay. Neighbors were quiet. We will be staying here again!

Beautiful Home

This home was so clean & well decorated!! We had 5 people staying in this home. The beds were very comfy! Forget your toiletries, no worries they have you covered! Plenty of seating in the living room for all your guests, lots of throws, candles & even phone chargers in each bedroom, no matter what kind of device you have! You will not be lacking for comforts of home here! I would 100% stay in this home again!

We stayed at Western 504 for a wedding weekend in Stillwater. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. Amy provided extra touches that were thoughtful such as earplugs and an aromatic shower bomb. Beds were comfortable and hosts provided a variety of pillows and layers of bedding.

Amy is Perfection

This is the second time we have stayed in western 405. We love it! Amy sure knows how to make your stay inviting and comfy. She is the BEST at communicating and makes you feel like you have been friends for life. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The beds are extremely comfy and the black out shades make sure you have a wonderful night sleep. We will be coming back over and over the next 4 years. So sorry, not sorry, it will be booked all the time! ;)

They thought of everything

Stayed at this rental while in town for a wedding. This rental is very cute and clean inside. The owners truly thought of everything - there were Iphone usb cables and bedside candles and amber lights in the bedroom instead of harsh white lights. Keurig had coffee options and cream provided in the fridge as well as bottled water. I loved the black master shower. Bed was super comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautifully done new build that was very nice for an extended 2 week stay. Comfortable, and good amenities.The only reason it's not a 5 star review is location . . . the neighborhood is rather run down with what looks like a public housing project on the street. These 3 new builds look like urban renewal projects, which is good, but the surroundings are not nice. The back yard and outdoor deck furniture are nice but you are looking directly at the Stillwater recycling business. It's extremely noisy during the day with the trash trucks coming and going, and it kicks up an enormous amount of dust from the recycling business. That dust covers the back yard furniture daily, and covered our car in a layre of dust. The location is walkable to downtown but not terrible safe feeling given the surroundings, and trying to crosse Perkins Road is challenging with the traffic. This our take, it's not a safe feeling or attractive neighborhood of Stillwater, despite being brand new and really nice houses themselves.

Graduation get away

Was beyond pleased with this amazing property! The attention to detail was top notch. Had the best time with family after our son’s graduation visiting, playing games and relaxing. I can not begin to describe how pleasant our stay was at this house. The cleanest property, close proximity to all the things Stilly had to offer. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Luxury Vrbo!

The best Vrbo we have ever stayed in!! I get worried about Vrbo’s because many times the pics look better than the real thing. Not this one!! Everything was perfect! Incredibly clean (which is something i care the most about)! I didn’t see a spec of dirt! Everything was brand new. The sheets and towels were super soft. They even had amazing smelling soap in the shower and a shower bomb to use. We absolutely loved it !

Better than the photos!

I have stayed at many rental properties worldwide, and this is my first true five-star review! The home is even prettier than the online photos depict. It is immaculately clean; every room is beyond reproach and exceptionally well-appointed. Because the house was absolute perfection, we began looking at grout lines, outlets, and faucet alignment for fun and were very impressed with its construction and finish. We were in town for a graduation ceremony at OSU and appreciated how centrally located the residence was to all major attractions. Thank you for a lovely and comfortable stay!

So Very Nice!

Easy to find, 2 car parking in driveway, New house, modern interior with every need provided. The interior is spacious, and very well appointed; subtle western decor - it is Cowboy territory! We were there for a family reunion, held at a private 6 acre family residence, just west of Stillwater, near Lake McMurtry. We had a blast in spite of predicted storms, heat & humidity. And our VRBO hosts provided storm shelter info, a beautiful shower to refresh ourselves, and comfy beds to sleep in. We'll be back, if no one beats us to it!!

Beautiful, Boho, Spa-like

Everything about this house was perfect! The exterior, lighting, location close to OSU & great dining, communication, comfort, and value was incredible. Upon walking into the house you are greeted by soothing, clean, earthy scents. The a/c had the house nice & cool, and the ceiling fans helped keep the house cool & comfy. The kitchen with island & coffee nook was beautiful - appliances looked brand new and were super clean. The lighting was modern and inviting. The bathrooms were stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and look newly renovated. The laundry room was stocked and the easy to use - appliances were clean, in great shape, and the flooring throughout the house (even in the laundry room) was stunning! Bedrooms were decorated beautifully with cozy, plush bedding & linens. Beds were very comfortable, and each nightstand had lighting with plug-ins for charging phones, etc... TVs were large & easy to use. Closets were very nice - master closet was huge with a double vanity and stunning shower in the master bath. The furniture throughout the house was very comfortable. Imagine walking into a newly renovated HGTV house - tasteful & inviting decor, beautiful finishes throughout, comfort with modern touches/appliances, & made for relaxation. The hostess, Amy, checked on us and alerted us to a possible storm in the area - very friendly and eager to help out if needed - even left a sweet postcard! I hope to come back soon.
