"Breakfast selections were the worst I've ever seen. We stayed with a pet and prepaid for the room to get the best possible price. At that time the web site quoted that pet costs were $50 per pet, per stay. When we arrived I was told the cost would be $75, no exceptions. I had no choice but to pay it."

"I scheduled this room with free cancellation however, when I decided to only stay two nights instead of three I was told that the hotel would not allow me to cancel without losing my reservation for every night due to the hotel being sold out. I tried three times to cancel one night within 6 MONTHS of the reserved dates. I contacted the hotel and was told that it was hotels.com not allowing me to change reservation but when talking to hotels.com I was told it was the hotel not allowing me to change. I don’t know who was taking advantage of the situation but I will be cancelling my hotels.com account and will consider a different hotel next time. Hotel was fine but extremely dissatisfied with both parties."

"Very disappointed. Wouldn’t even let you take your breakfast back to your room. Never have I ever stayed at a place that was this unclean and rude. Won’t be going back."

"Breakfast menu was good, staff excellent! Had a lot of issues with our room keys, they had to be reprogrammed 4-5 times! One of our rooms the door wouldn’t lock so we had to move to another room. They only had one ice machine that worked so pretty inconvenient to go two floors down for ice. The air conditioner in our room was very temperamental and would shutoff and not restart! Staff was very pleasant to work with though! None of these issues ruined our stay but will probably choose a different hotel next Stillwater visit!"
