The property was disgusting. The shower had duck tape holding the door shut. The floor was in disrepair. No lighting except in the closet area. The refrigerator did not work. The was a pest control plug in at the light switch in the bathroom.

Very dated facility. Electric outlets so worn they would not hold a plug. Lukewarm hot water. Breakfast very limited and not well staffed. Shower door wouldn't close. Friendly front desk.

TERRIBLE! Bed bugs!! a terrible refund policy not made apparent to you that claims "no refunds 10 minutes after getting your room key". Complimentary breakfast was terrible, just some muffins, bread, make it yourself waffles, coffees or juices. Management seemed to know about the bed bugs and didn't care. I asked other guests and they also said they had bed bugs in their rooms. 0/10

Nothing against the staff or the owner, they were polite and considerate, I just didn’t do enough research when I booked my room. This was definitely a place to stay if you’re very broke, and down and out. I decided not to stay there overnight for fear of safety. It was purely based on the look of the environment. I will do better vetting next time.

This place was dirty and had cockroaches. Thankfully, I didn’t see any evidence of bedbugs…but I was worried so I kept my suitcase in the car. I was afraid to ask the people myself since there are copies of licenses of who is banned by the check in desk. I reached out to Expedia directly and got some help but it was not a refund. The owners were also rude to me when they were checking me in. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Arrived to a filthy room, carpet disgusting, shower door don't open properly. Nothing had been cleaned, boogers on wall and picture. No ice produced from the machine. Absolutely horrible. Almost left with or without refund! OH, also 12 channels, NO CABLE. Heat/Air unit fell apart, knobs missing!

There was mold in the bathroom and all around in the shower. Shower door did not latch. bathroom door broken , strip on floor between the main room and bathroom was missing and many kinds of bugs . Had to kill bugs multiple times. LuckI bring sanitizer spray with me . Would not ever stay there again.

So filthy we were afraid to take a shower or sit on the toilet. Slept on top of the bed on top of a blanket we purchased. Completely rundown, stained carpets in total disrepair.

The property is rundown and neglected. Our floor had water damage. I killed a cockroach in the bathroom. Bedding had holes all over it and the mattress itself should have been thrown out. Uneven snd not worth sleeping on

STAY AWAY!!
The door would not lock when you left, the shower in our room would not even come on. All outlets are overused and won't hold a plug. Dirty, continental "breakfast" was a joke. Quite simply, the absolute worst hotel i have ever been to and i travel A LOT.

I picked a bad time to pass thru town, OSU homecoming weekend. So this was the only hotel available at a reasonable rate, which I appreciate very much. However the rooms are 1970 Motel chic at best. The security lock on my door doesn't work, just hanging by one screw; the toilet lid is a complete mismatch for the basin, size and shape; the towels are clean but threadbare; the mini fridge has duct tape shelves inside. Positives: no awful carpet, nice hardwood looking laminate tile, room is clean, priced appropriately, offer breakfast (but havent eaten so no review on that) So, it could be better but it could be worse.

I came to town for the college rodeo so I was looking for a last minute room. The check in was easy and the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my room, it was clean and quiet. I will definitely stay here again when we have to come to town. It was located in the edge of town so there was not a lot of traffic noise, easy to get to, very adorable and was a comfortable stay.

It was not the most up to date facility, but it was clean. Updates have been attempted, and there were a couple of broken items in the room. But the room was clean and had comfortable beds. The manager even allowed us to check in early even though our room wasn’t yet ready. We returned later after our event and could go directly to our room.
