"The room was clean, however it was very noisy, from the outside as well as inside. The furniture in the waiting room in front of the reception is in poor condition that makes you doubt staying on this hotel. The staff in charge of room service did a good job. "

Great pool, with steam and sauna available, Rooftop Private Jacuzzi sessions available for a price, Water machine, wine dispenser machine, Great staff, amazing location, laundry available on site, You cannot ask for anymore, Great breakfast buffet, either pre book or pay, Rooftop terrace and lounging areas on Fl 4-5, as well as ground floor You have no reason to go anywhere else!"

"I recently traveled to Florence with a friend, and stayed six nights a the lovely Villa Neroli. The staff was welcoming, and helpful as we set out to navigate Florence. We began each day with a wonderful breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. Most days we took the #17 bus (about a ten minute walk from the hotel) into Florence city center for a 1.70 Euro. It was inexpensive and convenient (about 25 minutes) into the city center. It was always nice to return to such a lovely environment at the end of a long day. I would happily return to Villa Neroli, and will recommend to to friends and family who may be traveling to Florence. "

"Staff were superb. Efficient and friendly. Breakfast and lunch were very good. Didn't eat in the restaurant. Bar was perfect for us and bar snack one night was ample. Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. Room was clean, bed comfortable but shower area is open but camber seems off so water pools on bathroom floor unless you put a towel at the foot of the screen. Little light pollution so starry skies at night. Just what we needed this trip. Thank you! Like many cities there is a tourism / hotel tax."

"Very friendly staff and breakfast had good selection! We had a flight at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 5am. We thought there was going to be no staff but luckily a guy was there to help us and had called us a taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. Room was nice and always cleaned everyday. We were left with cookies :)"

"This was one of the most amazing g places I have stayed in Europe. So authentic to what it was back when it was built. The antiques the artwork. The attention to detail. The gardens. The staff are amazing. It was a nice break from the crazed city center areas. I was able to enjoy space and calm. I recommend it 100+% "

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."
