I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay one night in Yuma Arizona wanted to be close to the business district, but mostly looking for the roadway Inn used to called the Regal Lodge and that sign is still up but don’t let it fool you. Once there you see the Roadway In sign.
It’s family run and the son “Het” was so very pleasant even though I booked on Hotels.com. He offered additional coffee and a snack. The room was very nice. The bed and pillow super comfortable. It’s a basic motel so not like. $200 a night place but I was very happy. I walked into and back to the Historic District and felt quite safe both ways. I highly recommend this Inn "
"Was quiet the first night and a little louder the second but there was some army stuff going on in town. Overall very happy with everything. Staff was super nice and friendly, accommodating with the airport shuttle early in the morning. Location is perfect location, can pretty much walk anywhere you need. Breakfast was decent for hotel breakfast, the salsa is amazing! The pool was dirty but I’m not familiar with outdoor Arizona pools so that just might be normal. Will say we will be staying when we are in town again next time!"
"This is a very new property. It is furnished very beautifully and the decor is perfect, very homey and welcoming. New TVs were in every bedroom and they are smart TVs so you can connect with streaming services. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The towels were new, full sized and high quality. There was very nice individual bottles of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion!!! So nice! The kitchen had absolutely everything a guest could need. It is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, cookie sheets, eating and cooking utensils, measuring cups, and much more! Even a nice blender. Barbecue was clean and easily accessible and had barbecue utensils. This was the most well-stocked kitchen that I have seen at a VRBO!!This was also the cleanest VRBO I have every stayed in. Absolutely spotless! The views were so beautiful! Both the front and the back of the the home has views. Great location. Very close to the marina. The garage was huge and very clean. If we didn't have a wake tower it would have fit in the garage attached to our truck. Finally - Marsha! She is the owner and so responsive and very helpful. She provided great suggestions for our stay and checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. This is a top-notch VRBO. If I could give more stars I would. We will definitely be staying at Tule Sunsets again!"
