The Space:

This 4 bedroom Home is located in Stevensville/Kent Island in a quiet residential Community and is only a short walk away from the Chesapeake Bay. The main living room is on the entry level which has a sleeper sofa.

Located on the upper level is the Kitchen, upper outdoor deck, the Master Bedroom with King-Size Bed, the second bedroom with Queen Bed and the third bedroom with a bunk bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) and underneath trundle - all singles.

On the lower level is an additional bedroom with sleeper sectional pull-out sofa, laundry room and half-bath.

There are Smart TV's with streaming services in both living rooms and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.

Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home.

The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, exterior buildings and a supply closet downstairs.

Other Items to Note:

- The home is a split level with necessity to climb a number of stairs to access the front door and the upper and lower floor inside.

- The house is located in a quiet Residential Community and the HOA has set a STRICT quiet hours time from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the surrounding neighbors as any violations could result in involvement of local authorities and immediate cancelation of the reservation without refund.

- The neighbor to the right when looking at the house from the street, prefers their privacy and kindly asks not to be interacted with. Thank you.

- There is enough parking in the driveway for 5 vehicles, no street parking.

- Per county regulations, there is a maximum of 8 adults (18 years or older) allowed to stay over at the property.

Cozy, warm home

Perfect for our weekend stay. Checkin was easy and communication with the owner was great! Definitely would stay again. Kentmoor restaurant was awesome. Filled with locals who were friendly and welcoming! Food was great!

Great house with space for everyone

The house is exactly as pictured- plenty of space and clean. Perfect for our stay with a group of friends, close enough to everywhere you would want to get to in Kent Island.

Relaxing stay right by the Chesapeake Bay

Perfect for our “sisters getaway.” Quiet neighborhood right by the bay. Just a short drive to nature trails as well as shopping and restaurants. Owner is very responsive! We would stay here again for sure.

Great House!

I had a group of 9 stay here and we all slept very comfortably, cooked all our meals and spent most of our time on the back porch, or inside watching movies. Adam was great and super helpful and the place was very nice and comfortable.

Great location & property

We had a great weekend on Kent Island. We loved the area. It was so family friendly. We had lots of young children in our group, and this house worked great for us. The inside was nice with modern, but minimal decor, which was perfect for toddlers. The fenced in backyard was also just what we needed to let them run around.

Comfortable, clean home

This property was great for our group of four adults. It is perfectly situated between Annapolis and Easton, MD, so we had no problems seeing all the sights we had planned on. The neighborhood is calm and quiet and the home has a nice view of the water. I would highly recommend this property.

I had a fantastic stay in Stevensville! The house was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. It had all the essentials for a comfortable visit, and the location was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Great place and awesome host

The host Adam stayed in constant communication with me and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The house was beautiful, spacious. My children ages 3&7 loved it! And playing in the insanely huge back yard! I would recommend this home and host to anyone looking to stay on the anywhere near Kent Island.

Nautical Getaway

We loved the sailing decor and the ability to spread out in this house on Kent Island. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of young adults. The neighborhood was great for walking. It was easy to get to both Annapolis and DC. Perfect getaway for making family memories.

Family get together

My children and grandchildren loved staying together in one house. We were able to play outdoors and there was space to socialize and play indoors. We were a group of 11 and I felt it was a bit small for all of us. Great location for what we were looking for.

Stress-free Rental

The property owner was excellent, providing a clean house that matched the online description. Check-in/check-out was easy, and the house came with all the listed amenities. The kitchen was well appointed, as it had all the pots, pans, plates and utensils we needed for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the Kent Island Bike Trail and community open spaces along the shoreline for after-work downtime. Would definitely recommend this property (and owner) to friends and family.

Nice house, quiet neighborhood

We stayed at the house for an appointment at Johns Hopkins, which was about an 1h 15m away and not a bad drive. The house was clean, nicely decorated and we enjoyed the water views. The neighborhood was quiet. We also had a nice crab dinner at the "Fisherman's" off Rt 50 and followed up with a beautiful pier walk by the Bay Bridge. Adam was great with communication and it was a positive experience in a stressful time.

Kent Island Home, 35 min from Annapolis

We needed a place to stay for a couple of days that was within easy driving distance to Annapolis Md and a few hours from our home on the lower Eastern Shore. We looked at hotels on Kent Island and nearer to Annapolis, but even out of season they were very expensive shoeboxes compared to this home. This home has a large kitchen, multiple bathrooms and a view of the Chesapeake bay from the dining area. On the main road to the home is a friendly Elks lodge (we are Elks members) and a pizzeria that makes a great Ziti dinner. The community is very quiet, and we had a nice stay. The host had placed a complimentary bottle of wine in the unit, and it paired perfectly with the baked ziti.

Booked this for Father’s Day weekend with my two kids. I think we were hoping for a kind of “dip your toes in” Chesapeake escape — something between Lake Anna and Ocean City. Saw “waterview” and figured maybe we’d land somewhere special. That wasn’t quite what we got. The house itself is clean and quiet. No issues with check-in. The upstairs deck is the one defining feature — nice for sitting out at night. But beyond that, this felt more like a peaceful neighborhood retreat than a Bay experience. You’re near the water, sure — but there’s no beach, no boardwalk, and no direct access unless you go looking. We eventually found one small patch of sand down the road — clearly managed by the HOA — that seemed to be the unofficial community access point. Just a tiny patch of sand and the open bay. There were other small misses. The listing mentioned complimentary wine — but it was mysteriously not place there ahead of our visit. Host apologized but never made good. Additionally, was hoping for a guidebook with a list of local tips, something to help you unlock the Chesapeake; didn’t get even a suggestion of where to eat or fish. Meanwhile, the host could be described as over communicative — constant Vrbo pings morning and evening with reminders about check out, etc. Appreciated the overstated ‘welcome’ and enthusiasm but really killed the vibe at times. Still, we made the most of it. Got crab up the road and used the fire pit for smores. Overall good weekend.
